Lean is a philosophy that fosters a culture of continuous improvement to maximize value and minimize waste, improving the value to the customer. Lean was originally developed for manufacturing, but the principles can be applied to the office and service businesses.
Our Lean Improvement package has been developed to help your company not only to implement a specific performance improvement project, but also to provide your organisation with the skills to become lean experts, creating opportunities for continuous improvement.
The lean improvement assessment process covers:
Working with your team we will lead you through the process and techniques of Lean using the Lean DMAIC process.
During this process we will expose your team to the key principles of Lean and how you can apply these to your lean project, and for wider use in your organisation.

Level 1 Support Package
Description:
Designed for organisations that are looking for support on their Lean journey but have the internal resources to implement the program without external assistance.
Our team will provide guidance and support at each stage of the process as well as sharing Lean techniques and processes and advice on how to use them.

Level 2 Support Package
Description:
Designed for organisations that are looking for a little more support. Our team will provide guidance and support at each stage of the process as well as sharing Lean techniques and processes and advice on how to use them. In addition to guidance and support, our Lean experts will be on hand to augment your team for key elements of your project including:
– 5S
– Kaizen
– Poke yoke
– Kanban
– Gemba walks
– Standard work measurement
– Team building and change management
Includes:
4 hour of support per week via phone/video plus up to 3 further hour of email/phone support per month.

The price includes up to 2 hours of preparation and planning time ahead of the training. Up to 6 delegates.

Level 3 Support Package
Description:
Designed for organisations that are investing in a lean project and are looking for support throughout their Lean journey. Our team will lead your organisation through:
– Scoping
– Stakeholder analysis and communication plan ·

– Change management.
– Impact assessments
– Action plan and implementation

8 hour of support per week. This support may be delivered via phone/video or at your site dependent on needs. A further 1 hour of email/phone support is also included.
Training (2 day training package).
Providing lean training for an on-site lean event over 2 days This package includes preparation time via phone/video and follow up support after the event A total of a further 2 days of support is allocated for preparation and support. Up to 6 delegates.
