Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce welcomes Mark Spragg as its new president
We are delighted to announce that the Managing Director of Where Now Consulting Ltd, Mark Spragg, has been appointed as the 130th President of the Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce.
Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce has a long history of supporting commerce and business in the Inverclyde region. Originally formed as the Greenock Chamber of Commerce in 1813, the ICC has supported its members through significant structural economic changes. The COVID pandemic in the last year has once again tested the resilience of the region presenting great challenges for local businesses and the Inverclyde community. The Chamber has played a central role in supporting local business and local government organisations with advice, information and practical support, and in providing access to government programs such as the “kickstarter scheme”.
Where Now Consulting is an active supporter of the British, and Scottish Chambers of Commerce, and is a member of both Glasgow and Greater Manchester Chambers of Commerce, in addition to Mark’s role in Inverclyde. Mark said, “I am delighted and honoured to be invited to take over this role at this time. Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce has a key role to play as the area recovers from the pandemic. I am very much looking forward to working with the board, the team at the ICC and its membership as we rebuild business networks and support the ICC members to recover, grow and thrive in the coming years”.
