What can you expect if you join the programme?
The programme will run between October 2024 and January 2025. You will participate in 6 workshops designed to stimulate and inspire new ideas and actions for your business. Each workshop will be led by an experienced business leader, or subject matter expert, and will last for 3 hours. At the end of each workshop there will be an opportunity to network with colleagues from the other businesses over a light lunch.
In between each of the workshops you will have the opportunity to have a 1:1 call with the workshop leader to discuss ideas and how the concepts discussed at the workshops could be incorporated into your business. (Please note that all 1:1 meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
What will be covered during the programme?
The 6 workshops will cover a range of key business areas, offering advice, support and personal experience on:
Strategies for growth and creating a growth mindset 
Finance including access to, and sources of, finance 
Harnessing Net Zero and sustainability for small businesses 
Sales, branding, marketing and promotion 
Managing your team and employees for success, including recruitment, attraction, retention, and employment legislation. 
Creating and developing your online and social media presence. 
Innovation of products, services and operations efficiency How will the programme benefit me and my business?
The programme will provide you with an opportunity to interact with experienced business leaders and content experts, providing ideas, inspiration, support and advice. These experts will support you to create and implement an action plan to help your business to thrive and prosper.
You will also be part of a cohort of 12 other business leaders, all with a growth mindset. Providing opportunities for peer-to-peer networking between your businesses, expanding your personal business networks.
